What temperature is the water?
The water is room temperature. In fact, we recommend that you use lukewarm or even cool water to wash yourself: it reduces blood pressure in the anal vascular system, which is put under pressure during bowel movements.
This reduces the risk of hemorrhoids or anal fissures. So, as well as enjoying a feeling of freshness and cleanliness that is enhanced tenfold by the use of fresh water, you're also looking after the well-being of your private parts.
I use a water bottle or hand shower, what's the best thing about your product?
Water bottles or shower heads can be good alternatives. However, our product is much more modern, simple to use, practical and, above all, effective.
Showerheads, for example, are not as precise and efficient, and the risk of splashing is much higher.

I've received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@lumaparis.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.
What are the delivery time?
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times generally vary between 4 and 9 business days from the date of your order. Please note that these times may vary depending on your geographical location and delivery conditions.

How the product works
How is water propelled?
Water is supplied by the pressure naturally present in your water circuit. An ideal water pressure of plus or minus 3 bar is required for the Luma Cleaner™ to work properly! Below this, the nozzles may not deploy properly, and the water jets may not be as powerful as they should be...
Does it require electricity?
It does not use electricity, indeed it is completely mechanical, making it even more environmentally friendly and accessible to all.
Where does the water come from?
The water doesn't come from the flush, but directly from the drinking water supply! The adapter is placed between the drinking water inlet of the flush and the cistern/flush. The product creates a second branch through which the water exits, thanks to the use of a three-way metal T.
